The Tieng-Sy consortium that submitted a P1.3 trillion proposal to build Metro Manila's next international airport offered a glimpse of its project on Friday.

The project involves 2,500 hectares of reclaimed area off Sangley Point, split into three: an airport, a seaport, and a special economic zone in between.

The project is connected to the capital by either an extension of the Cavite Expressway, a bridge, or an underwater tunnel to the SM Mall of Asia area in Pasay. -- ANC Business Nightly, December 9, 2016
