Filipino firearm shooter Ditto Nestor Dinopol snagged a silver medal in the SEA Games Benchrest Air Rifle Heavy Varmint Individual category, Thursday.
Dinopol lost by a single point to Indonesia’s HM Fafan Khoirul Anwar who nailed a Gold after delivering a score of 747 points.
Anung Satrio Wibowo who was also from Indonesia completed the podium with 742 points.
The winners competed against 5 other shooters from Thailand, Timor-Leste, and Myanmar.
On Monday, 65-year-old Filipino shooter Celedonio Tayao secured a silver medal in the Benchrest Air Rifle Light Varmint Relay Individual category.
Indonesian shooters, Tirano Baja and Wahyu Putra came in strong winning Gold and Bronze, respectively.
Since December 2, Indonesia topped the overall SEA Games shooting events after earning 8 medals (5 Gold; 4 Silver; 2 Bronze).
The Philippines is currently in the second spot with a total of 4 medals (2 Gold; 2 Silver).
