Filipino gymnast Carlos Yulo has reached the podium once more in another international event.

The 18-year-old gymnast placed third in the floor exercise event of the 43rd Turnier Der Meister FIG Individual Apparatus World Cup in Cottbus, Germany on Saturday evening.

This comes on the heels of his bronze-medal finish in the floor exercise event of the 2018 World Artistics Gymnastics Championships in Doha, Qatar earlier this month.

Yulo, who also represented the Philippines in the 2018 Asian Games, tallied a score of 14.500.

Israel's Artem Dolgopyat snagged the gold, with a score of 14.800. Casimir Schmidt of the Netherlands won silver, tallying the same score as Yulo but edging him in execution.

Yulo is eyeing qualification to the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.
