The Elasto Painters led by as many as 22 points, but had to grind it out in the payoff period when the Beermen rallied to within 2 points in the final 1:17.

But Rain Or Shine suppressed the uprising and sank crucial free throws to put away San Miguel.

Jayvee Mocon paced the Elasto Painters with 16 points, 14 rebounds, and 4 assists, while Richard Ross had a double-double of 16 points and 12 rebounds.
