Michael Ayon finished with 16 points, while ex-pros Mac Cardona, Larry Rodriguez and John Wilson scored 10 each for San Juan, which upped its record to 9-2.
Dexter Mescallando paced Marikina, which fell to 4-7, with 17 points.
In the first game, the Davao Occidental Tigers Cocolife defeated the Laguna Khra Heroes 72-66.
Davao Occidental raised its record to 7-3 while Laguna fell to 6-4.
