The Cargo Movers, armed with a twice-to-beat advantage, eliminated the Tornadoes in 2 hours and 12 minutes behind Kalei Mau, Majoy Baron, and Kianna Dy.
Mau, who will be playing in her first PSL finals, had 16 points on top of 12 digs and 8 excellent receptions, while skipper Aby Marano had 9 kills and 3 blocks for 12 points.
Ara Galang and Baron combined for 16 points, while Kim Fajardo was credited with 24 excellent sets. Dawn Macandili anchored the defense with 30 digs.
"Foton was a big challenge, but entering the finals will be our biggest test. This is an unfinished business for us," said F2 head coach Ramil De Jesus, who last won the All-Filipino title in their debut in 2016.
The best-of-3 finals series is set on Saturday at Araneta Coliseum, with F2 Logistics battling the winner of the other semifinals pairing between reigning champion Petron or Cignal.
Jaja Santiago and Dindin Santiago-Manabat carried the Tornadoes with 20 and 15 points, respectively, as Foton gave up 37 errors to be relegated in the bronze-medal match on Saturday.
