The Philippines national football team scored another emphatic victory in the 2019 AFF Women's Championship by drubbing Timor Leste 7-0 on Saturday.
Camille Rodriguez and Hali Moriah Long each scored a brace for the Philippines, while Quinley Quesada, Sara Castaneda and Charisa Lemoran each registered a goal at Institute of Physical Education in Chonburi, Thailand.
It was a dominant performance by the Pinays, who also beat Malaysia in their opener 3-0.
The tournament is part of the team’s preparation for the 30th Southeast Asian Games to be held in Manila starting November.
