MANILA, Philippines – Terrence Romeo's spectacular one-on-one skills were on full display in the FIBA 3x3 World Tour Manila Masters last weekend, as he shone for the Manila West team in the tournament.
Romeo showed off a plethora of moves, from cross-overs to step-back jumpers to up-fakes that caught his defenders off guard.
He was not able to lead bring Manila West back to the championship, as he and Manila West lost to Manila North in the semi-finals, but Romeo still brought home some hardware.
He won the three-point shootout and was later named the MVP of the event after leading all scorers with 43 points in four games.
The official FIBA 3x3 YouTube account on Wednesday unveiled Romeo's mixtape. The former UAAP Most Valuable Player is going up against DeVaughn Washington of Kobe and Sammy Monroe of Doha for the "Most Spectacular Player" plum, which will be based on the number of hits that their mixtape receives.
