World welterweight champion Keith “One Time” Thurman is betting he can finish Filipino boxing champ Manny Pacquiao in just two rounds.

And he’s betting $10,000 on that.

In an interview with TMZ, Thurman said he is placing the bet for extra motivation.

“I'll go for the first or second round knockout, you know? We don't want to just make money... I want to bet on the KO. I got to bet on the KO,” said Thurman. “About 10K around. At least that's motivation, right?”

That way, Thurman said, he will be forced to pressure the 8-division champion from the Philippines, knowing he has a huge bet on himself.

“I can't go three minutes going tap, tap, tap when I got 10K on the round. You got to try to hit a home run,” said the American, who has been undefeated in his past 30 fights.

Pacquiao and Thurman will square off on July 20 to for the undisputed WBA welterweight championship.

Pacquiao currently holds the “regular” version of the belt, while Thurman is the reigning WBA “super” welterweight champion.

The American fighter also insisted that there is nothing Pacquiao can do to beat him.

“I don't think Manny's style can beat my style. I just understand the game very well,” he said.
