Newcomer Motolite will have the advantage of fielding a young and aggressive crew backed by veteran hitter Myla Pablo in its maiden campaign in the Premier Volleyball League Season 3 Reinforced Conference.

The squad tapped top talents from University of the Philippines and Adamson University under head coach Air Padda with Pablo, a 2-time Most Valuable Player, as skipper.

“I’m really excited on my new journey with a new team. We have young and talented players na galing sa UAAP. I hope na this conference ay mag-jell kami as a team with our imports na tutulong sa amin,” said Pablo.

With the majority of her teammates fresh from their stints for their respective schools in the UAAP, Pablo is confident that Motolite has the advantage of youth looking to make a mark in club competition.

“Ang advantage namin sa team na ito ay ‘yung mga bata galing sa UAAP, siyempre mga hinog pa ‘yan kumbaga. Ganado pa sila maglaro ngayon,” said Pablo, who transferred to Motolite after a deal with her former team Pocari Sweat after last season.
