ONE Heavyweight World Champion Brandon "The Truth" Vera may be quarantined up in his farm somewhere in Guam, but that doesn't mean that he isn't putting in the work to stay healthy and in fighting shape.
The 42-year old Fil-American mixed martial arts star is scheduled to defend his ONE Heavyweight World Championship against Canadian-Indian former Olympian wrestler Arjan "Singh" Bhullar in Manila on May 29th, but with the current situation surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic, whether that title fight pushes through or not remains up in the air.
ONE Championship recently announced that they have decided to postpone their scheduled closed-door events in Singapore for April due to the country going into a partial lockdown for 30 days to combat the spread of the COVID-19 virus in the country.
So while Vera is keeping himself busy with farm life and preparing to become a father, he isn't slacking off when it comes to working out.
After all, with an entire farm at your disposal, nature becomes your gym.
In partnership with Global Citizen and the WHO, Vera went live on Instagram to share a "jungle workout" routine using just some simple excercise equipment and the nature around him to promote staying #TogetherAtHome.
Be warned however, as this workout was quite intense.
