A day after his daughter claimed that he was "Team Pacquiao all the way," boxing legend Muhammad Ali gave a message of support to both Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather on Twitter.

Rasheda Ali told TMZ Sports that her father "really likes Manny" and is a "huge fan" of the Filipino ring icon.

A day later, Ali tweeted: "Looking forward to Floyd Mayweather vs. Manny Pacquiao, and wishing both the best of luck. Rumble, young men, rumble!"

Added to the tweet was the hashtag "AliTweet," which indicated that it came from "The Greatest" himself.

Rasheda told TMZ Sports that her father not only liked Pacquiao as a fighter but also as a person.

"It's more about what (Pacquiao) does outside the ring," Rasheda said. "He's such a charitable person."

The former heavyweight champion is not as keen on Mayweather, however, even though he respects the unbeaten American's achievements inside the ring.

"My dad stood for things. Mayweather… I don't think there's a comparison," said Rasheda.

Rasheda also revealed that it was unlikely for Ali to attend the bout at the MGM Grand Garden Arena, but will order the pay-per-view.
