The grind continues for 2-time Southeast Asian Games gold medalist Pauline Lopez who continues training at home.

Lopez, who retained the women’s under-57 title in the 2019 Southeast Asian Games, could be seen practicing her kicks in a recent Instagram post.

The video was shot indoors as Lopez, who also won a bronze in the Asian Games, underwent home quarantine like everyone else in Luzon due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Lopez was supposed to join the national team competing in the Asian Olympic qualifiers, but the competition was postponed due to the coronavirus threat.

Nevertheless, it didn't stop the taekwondo standout from readying herself in case the competition pushes through.
