MANILA, Philippines – The NLEX Road Warriors on Tuesday announced that they have tapped Arnett Moultrie, a former Philadelphia 76er, as their reinforcement for the upcoming 2018 PBA Commissioner's Cup.

Moultrie will arrive in the Philippines in April once he finishes his stint in the Bahrain Premier League, according to the team.

"(Moultrie) is athletic, plays inside and out," said NLEX coach Yeng Guiao. "At 27 years old, he's not too young, nor too old, but at the peak of his abilities."

"He will blend easily into our team," he added.

Moultrie played collegiate basketball for University of Texas at El Paso and Mississippi State University, before being drafted by the Miami Heat with the 27th pick of the 2012 NBA Draft. He was immediately sent to Philadelphia, but spent most of his time with their D-League affiliate.

He played 59 games for the 76ers, averaging 3.6 points and 3.1 rebounds per game. The 6-foot-10 big man has also had stints in China and Korea before playing in Bahrain.
