Filipino fighter Jeremy Miado lost to former ONE strawweight champion Dejdamrong Sor Amnuaysirichoke in their rematch in ONE: Call to Greatness at the Singapore Indoor Stadium on Friday.

Miado, who shocked fans in March 2018 by knocking out Dejdamrong, succumbed to the Thai superstar's vicious knees in the second round of their strawweight battle.

The Filipino muay thai fighter started out fine in the first round, staggering Dejdamrong with a right cross. Miado got himself into trouble a few seconds later after a takedown attempt led to his near submission.

Dejdamrong grew more confident in the second round and caught Miado on the ground. From there, he hit the Filipino fighters with knees to the head, prompting the referee to stop the bout.

Miado fell to his fourth career defeat in 12 bounts. Dejdamrong, meanwhile, improved to 10-4.
