San Miguel Alab Pilipinas shrugged off a sluggish start before crippling the Zhuhai Wolf Warriors, 105-79, in the ASEAN Basketball League at the Doumen Gymnasium, in Zhuhai, China on Friday.

Renaldo Balkman paced Alab with 19 points, while Ray Parks Jr. scored 15 markers. But Puerto Rican giant PJ Ramos did the heaviest damage with 15 points, 14 rebounds and 11 assists.

Caelan Tiongson and Brandon Rosser scored 10 points each.

After trailing the host team in the opening quarter 13-18, Alab blasted away with a 11-0 run to turn the tables around for a 44-34 advantage just before the end of the first half.

The Philippine based team widened the gap to as much as 31 points before clinching their 14th victory against 3 losses.

It was rebound victory for Alab which saw its win streak snapped at 7 games following a loss to Hong Kong Eastern Basketball team. They missed Ramos back then after the Purto Rican sat out the match due to food poisoning.

He came back with a vengeance against the Wolf Warriors.

The Wolf Warriors fell to a 2-16 record.
