LOOK: Former Lady Eagles give back to Marawi

In an effort to help rebuild the war-ravaged city of Marawi, former members of the Ateneo Lady Eagles Women's Volleyball team and current BanKo Perlas players gave back by visiting the city and handing out some donations. 

n partnership with Kusina ng Kalinga, the Volleyball Community Gives Back program, led former Lady Eagles Alyssa Valdez, Gretchen Ho, Dzi Gervacio, Charo Soriano, Bea and Gizzelle Tan, Amy Ahomiro, Jem Ferrer, and Ella De Jesus reached out to people to help by donating spare blankets for the people of Marawi. 

Over the weekend, Soriano, Ahomiro, Ferrer, De Jesus and the Tan sisters flew to Marawi to meet and greet and even play some volleyball with children at the Camp Bagong Amai Pakpak Elementariy School and internally displaced people at the Marawi State University.
