NCAA: Racraquin, Viray take charge for San Beda against Baste in women's volleyball

MANILA, Philippines – San Beda University racked up their second win in a row after making quick work of San Sebastian College in the NCAA Season 95 women's volleyball tournament, Tuesday at the FilOil Flying V Centre.

It took the Lady Red Spikers less than an hour and a half to clobber the Lady Stags, 25-13, 25-9, 25-21.

The win put San Beda's record at 2-0, keeping them tied with defending champion Arellano University in the league standings.

Cesca Racraquin led the way for San Beda with 19 points, including 6 service aces. Nieza Viray added 3 aces of her own to come away with 14 points.

The Lady Red Spikers put up 36 kills, against only 20 for the Lady Stags. They also finished with 13 service aces.

No San Sebastian player reached double-digits, with Shannai Requierme scoring 8 markers. They dropped their third consecutive game.
