Manny Pacquiao earned praise for his brilliant performance against Adrien Broner in their world welterweight title bout in Las Vegas on Sunday (Saturday, Manila time).
Two of those who lauded Pacquiao were former heavyweight champions George Foreman and Lennox Lewis.
Foreman fought as pro until he was 48 years old, so that compliment isn't hollow.
Kevin Iole, who covers the boxing beat for Yahoo, said it looked like Pacquiao, 11 years older than Broner, was the younger fighter.
Jerwin Ancajas, another Filipino world champion who fights under Pacquiao's eponymous promotional outfit, said he was impressed with his boss' performance.
