Renewables-powered boat

The Race for Water catamaran, the world's largest maritime vessel to be powered solely by renewable energy and operated by the Race for Water Foundation, docks at the public pier in Hong Kong’s Central district on Friday. The solar-powered hybrid vehicle is currently on a five-year expedition to assess the levels of plastic pollution in the world’s oceans and raise awareness.
