Berlin Marks VE Day in one-off public holiday

World War Two veteran Seman Kleinmann, 94, attends a celebration to mark Victory Day and the 75th anniversary of the end of World War 2 at the Soviet War Memorial at Tiergarten Park in Berlin, Germany on Friday. The German city is celebrating Victory in Europe Day or VE Day in a one-off public holiday to remember the day 75 years ago when the war that claimed over 50 million lives came to an end in Europe.
