The Professional Regulation Commission announced Tuesday that 216 out of 323 passed the special professional licensure board exam for architects given in September.
The exam was given by the Board of Architecture in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates; Al-Khobar, Jeddah and Riyadh in Saudi Arabia; Kuwait; Oman; and Qatar.
Oliver Abesamis, of Adamson University, topped the exam with a rating of 80.2%.
Monica Marcaba (Polytechnic University of the Philippines in Sta.Mesa) and Jermaine Zulueta (University of Santo Tomas) tied for second with a rating of 80.1%.
