KUWAIT – Magandang balita para sa mga naghahanap ng oportunidad sa labas ng bansa. Nangangailangan ng mahigit sa 200 manggagawa ang flag carrier ng Kuwait na Kuwait Airways para sa ongoing expansion nito."At the moment, Kuwait Airways is undergoing a huge transformation where we're gonna really change the map of the airline in the region. We will focus on both groundhandling staff, engineering staff, dispatchers and security as well," sabi ni Khaled Almuaili, human resources director ng Kuwait Airways. Sa ngayon, mahigit 200 na Pilipino ang nagta-trabaho sa Kuwait Airways. Prayoridad nila ang mga Pinoy workers. "We want to target the Philippines because of the education background, the language and the customer experience. The Filipino, they have a different kind of touch in relation [to others] and to give the customer experience to the employees in all terms compared to other nationalities," paliwanag ni Almuaili. Kukuha ang Kuwait Airways ng mga traffic officer, transit officer, guest services officer, porter, baggage sorter, ground equipment mechanic at marami pang iba. Bukod sa magandang pasahod, may free accommodation, transportation, food allowance at libreng ticket pauwi ng Pilipinas. "Ito ay isang magandang pagkakataon para sa ating mga kababayan sa Pilipinas na gustong mangibang bansa, especially dito sa Kuwait. Nangangailangan po ang Kuwait Airways ng 250 overseas Filipino workers at ang kanila pong lehitimong partner, Philippine agency ay Yaazeemir International Manpower Agency. Inaasahan po natin na ang 250 na slot na job order ay mapupunuan po natin," sabi ni Assistant Labor Attache Angelita Narvaez. Ayon naman kay Nawaf A Hakam, manager of security-outstations group of the Kuwait Airways, magpapatuloy ang kanilang recruitment dahil sa paglaki ng kanilang organisasyon."I will be so happy if you come all kabayans. Try your best and good luck," sabi ni Khaled Hamdan, overseas manager of the Yaazeemir International Manpower Agency.Parating sa Pilipinas ang Kuwait Airways recruitment team para mag-interview ng Pinoy workers mula November 4 hanggang November 10.
