A Filipino was among 11 passengers and crew killed in a plane crash last June 21 in Hawaii.
Jordan Tehero, 23, was on board the twin-engine plane that crashed soon after it took off from Dillingham Airfield in Oahu for a skydiving trip. He was the youngest among the victims.
Tehero, who hailed from Kauai, was active in church and served in the army national reserve. He also wanted to be a professional videographer for skydiving.
Recently, more than a hundred people gathered by the beach to remember Tehero and other victims of the plane crash.
A GoFundMe account was created to help the Tehero family with funeral expenses.
