An investigation is underway surrounding the death of a Filipino man after he was tased by police at his home Tuesday night in Daly City, California.
The family of 34-year-old Pinoy Warren Ragudo said they called the police because their son was on drugs, and that he started behaving erratically.
Reports say after a struggle with Daly City Police, an officer used a taser on the unarmed Ragudo.
After being handcuffed, Ragudo was not responsive and was later pronounced dead at a local hospital.
An official report surrounding Ragudo’s death is expected in the coming weeks.
