'Save Angkas': Riders unite

Thousands of bikers belonging to the motorcycle ride hailing service Angkas hold a protest at the Edsa Shrine in Quezon City, Sunday. The group expressed concern on a proposed regulation by the LTRFB Technical Working Group limiting membership to 10,000 riders per ride hailing service, citing its possible impact to 17,000 Angkas riders at risk of losing their source of income.
