Fr. Paez laid to rest, clergy calls for justice

MMDA tests Carpool lane in EDSA

Traffic Enforcer Noel Belir from the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority takes footages of vehicles during the first day of the one week dry run of the high occupancy vehicle (HOV) lane along EDSA on Monday.

Vehicles with two passengers or more shall be allowed to pass through the car pool lane or HOV lane in the leftmost lane of EDSA, according to MMDA. Motorcycle riders should strictly stay on the fourth lane from the right sidewalk, and private vehicles prohibited on the yellow lane as part of the scheme. George Calveo, ABS CBN News
