Pork sales slow down

The vendors blame supposed inaccurate news reports about an “unknown disease” killing hogs, and insist on the safety of their products because of the city’s strict regulations. Senator Ronald Dela Rosa gives a thumbs up after Godfrey Gamboa, a person deprived of liberty, said there were "positive changes" in the New Bilibid Prison during Dela Rosa’s time as Bureau of Corrections (BuCor) chief. Gamboa made the statement during a Senate hearing on Monday on the alleged anomalies in the implementation of the good conduct time allowance (GCTA).
