River crossing

Commuters take a 4-peso boat ride crossing the Pasig River as an alternative means of transportation in Mandaluyong City on Monday. Commuters are experiencing heavier traffic after the Department of Public Works and Highways ordered the closure of the Pantaleon-Estrella bridge that connects Makati and Mandaluyong City.
