Rehabbing Manila Bay, DENR’s ‘next big target’

DENR Secretary Roy Cimatu on Friday leads the inspection of sewage outfalls and pipes leading to Manila Bay. The inspection, part of a government campaign to rehabilitate the bay, aims to restore the body of water to a level fit for swimming and other recreational activities.
