Probing good conduct

Justice Secretary Menardo Guevarra and Bureau of Corrections chief Nicanor Faeldon attend the Senate probe on the Good Conduct Time Allowance Law in Pasay City on Monday. 

The Senate Blue Ribbon committee is investigating the GCTA law after concerns were raised on the possible release of Mayor Antonio Sanchez who was convicted to 7 counts of reclusion perpetua for the rape-slay case of UPLB students Eileen Sarmenta and companion Allan Gomez in June 1993.
