Questioning the Philippines' new anti-terror law

The Free Legal Assistance Group (FLAG) represented a group of veteran journalists, human rights defenders, lawmakers and constitution framers in raising concern that the “ATA can be used as a weapon against constitutionally protected speech and speech-related conduct.”
