Portions of Baesa put under special concern lockdown

A barangay official helps a resident buy supplies, as portions of Howmart Road in Baesa, Quezon City, were put under special concern lockdown starting Tuesday due to the number of COVID-19 cases in the area. Malacañang floated the possibility of Metro Manila reverting to the stricter modified enhanced community quarantine as COVID-19 cases rise.
