The groups slammed the department for the absence of a clear action plan in implementing distance learning nationwide and raised concern on the accessibility of digital learning tools to both educators and students. The group also called for mass testing to ensure safety of teachers who might be required to report to work physically amid the continuing coronavirus pandemic.
