Scuffle at CHED

Police officers contain some protesters after some threw paint bombs at the gate of the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) on Thursday. The students railed against tuition increases, exclusion of Filipino in the general education curriculum of tertiary institutions, and the revival of a mandatory Reserve Officer Training Course or ROTC.
