Marked in blood

Presidential Anti-Corruption Commission chairman Dante Jimenez on Tuesday shows his acceptance statement as co-chairman of the Inter-Agency Committee on Anti-Illegal Drugs (ICAD) that he marked with his own blood as his way of showing commitment to his new post. Jimenez earlier said he would seek an audience with the president to clarify what his new job would exactly be.
