MANILA &mdash; Billions of pesos were transferred to dismissed Bamban, Tarlac Mayor Alice Guo&rsquo;s bank accounts, and the bank accounts of her companies based on information gathered by Sen. Sherwin Gatchalian.During Monday&rsquo;s hearing of the Senate Committee on Women, Children, Family Relations and Gender Equality, Gatchalian said P1.9 billion was transferred to Guo&rsquo;s accounts from 2018 to 2024, which she countered.&ldquo;Walang pumasok na P1.9 billion. I invoke my right.
