Risa Hontiveros reminded a laughing Shiela Guo of the gravity of the cases filed against her, as the supposed sister of Alice Guo once again claimed ignorance about the plans and dealings of the dismissed Bamban mayor. Facing a Senate committee probing Alice&#39;s escape on Thursday (September 5), Shiela appeared to make light of Sen.
