Bakit sila nagrescue ng kulang sa gamit? Agad kong hinawakan yung dibdib ng anak ko, tumitibok pa. Sabi ko sa pulis, bakit &#39;di pa nila dinadala ito sa ospital. Patay na raw, sabi sa&#39;kin ng ambulance. Sabi ko, bakit, ano&#39;ng karapatan nilang mag-declare na patay na &#39;to, doktor ba siya?&quot; he said.(They said they didn&#39;t have a stretcher and were waiting to get one. I asked why they were rescuing with inadequate equipment. I immediately checked my son&#39;s chest and his heart was still beating. I asked the police why they hadn&#39;t taken him to the hospital yet. The ambulance crew told me he was dead. I questioned why they had the authority to declare him dead&mdash;are they doctors?)A funeral home vehicle was already on standby, even though no doctor had officially declared his son dead.&quot;Gusto kong mabuhay &#39;yung anak ko, bakit &#39;di nila itinakbo agad? Nandun na &#39;yong mga ambulance. Bakit punerarya ang nakatutok sa anak ko eh humihinga pa naman siya? Hindi ba dapat dalhin muna sa ospital?&quot; he said.(I wanted my son to live. Why didn&rsquo;t they rush him to the hospital right away? The ambulances were already there. Why was the funeral home focused on my son when he was still breathing? Shouldn&rsquo;t he have been taken to the hospital first?)He insisted on bringing his Jon Marc to the hospital, but upon arrival, his son was declared dead on arrival.As of this writing, ABS-CBN is trying to contact the ambulance that first responded to the incident.&nbsp;Lomboy, a retired military officer, cried as he said he had hoped John Marc would follow in his footsteps as a soldier.&nbsp;&quot;Ito sana yung pag-asa ko na susunod sa yapak ko. Maagang kinuha ni Lord na hindi ko pa matanggap,&quot; he said.&nbsp;(This was supposed to be my hope for someone to follow in my footsteps. The Lord took him too soon, and I still can&#39;t accept it.)&nbsp;According to the Marikina police traffic unit, John Marc, who was riding the motorcycle with a woman, was traveling northbound on Macapagal Bridge when they accidentally collided with the concrete barrier in the center island.They also clarified that no one declared the victim dead, and the funeral service mentioned by Lomboy only happened to pass by the area.Investigation is ongoing as authorities await the woman&#39;s recovery in the hospital to determine if another party was involved in the incident.
