Grace Poe criticized the ramp&#39;s design.</p><p>&quot;Sa halip na makatulong sa ating mga PWD na sumasakay sa bus, magiging buwis-buhay pa ang paggamit ng ramp na ito ng MMDA sa EDSA busway. Kulang na kulang na tayo sa PWD-friendly facilities.
