Kung mas konti sila kumain at stressed sila, mas maliit ang itlog na mapo-produce ng ating layers o manok&hellip; Siguro na-exaggerate lang ng El Nino,&quot; DA spokesperson Assistant Secretary Arnel de Mesa explained in an interview on PTV&rsquo;s Bagong Pilipinas Ngayon.&ldquo;It&rsquo;s a natural cycle &lsquo;pag summer, may ganitong epekto. Pagdating ng panahon ng tag-ulan o taglamig, maganda ang production o productivity ng ating layers. Still, de Mesa said there is &ldquo;enough supply&rdquo; of medium and large eggs.&quot;Hindi naman lahat ng bahay ng layers ay open space. Marami ring nag-adopt na ng artificial ventilation o tunnel ventilation, kaya tuloy-tuloy pa rin ang production ng medium and large size na eggs,&rdquo; he explained.&quot;Sapat pa rin naman.
