MANILA - The University of the Philippines has released the results of the UP College Admission Test (UPCAT) for academic year 2017 to 2018.
The exam was given in a multiple-choice format and had questions in Filipino and English.
Its subtests included Language Proficiency, Science, Mathematics and Reading Comprehension.
Standardized UPCAT scores are combined with the weighted average of three years of high school final grades to determine the UP admission grade.
To implement the policy of demographic access, UP considers socioeconomic and geographic factors in the selection of qualifiers.
