MANILA—President Rodrigo Duterte on Thursday reiterated that he does not meddle in the approval of government projects.
"I tell you now again and again, there is no document or documents involving money, public or private projects, and everything. It does not reach my table either in the office or in my house. It begins and starts with a Cabinet member," he said in a speech during the unveiling of the marker of Mella Hotel in Las Piñas City.
"Maghanap kayo ng dokumento either in Congress, COA [Commission on Audit] wala talaga kayo . . . wala kayong makita ni approved or disapproved. Kanila ’yan."
The President said he's only concerned with making appointments, commitments and policies.
"Hanggang diyan lang ako. Kaya kung magmura ako ng tao pati ’yung ABS-CBN p********* i** ko kasi wala talaga kayong makita sa akin," he said.
