MANILA - The tail-end of a cold front and the northeast monsoon will bring rains to parts of Luzon from Friday until Saturday, state weather bureau PAGASA said.
Quezon and Aurora provinces will experience moderate to light rains due to the cold front, PAGASA weather forecaster Nikos Peñaranda told ABS-CBN News.
The tail-end of the cold front will also bring light rains over southern Luzon until Saturday, he said.
Coastal waters in the western seaboard of Northern Luzon will be rough, he added.
Cloudy skies and light rains are also expected in coastal areas in northern Luzon because of northeast monsoon, while light to moderate rains may be felt in northern Palawan, he said.
Visayas and Mindanao will also experience light to moderate rains over the weekend, he said.
