MANILA — There will be no classes in all levels in Pampanga province on certain dates next week due to the Southeast Asian Games, Governor Dennis Pineda said Friday.
The class suspension from Dec. 4 to 10 covers private and public schools in the province, which is home to several venues of the 30th SEA Games, Pineda said in an executive order.
Interior Secretary Eduardo Año recommended the cancellation of classes in the province that lies north of the capital, said its governor.
Several schools in Metro Manila and neighboring provinces also suspended classes due to the SEA Games.
