Malaysian boy falls from NAIA railing, suffers fracture

MANILA - A 5-year-old Malaysian boy fractured his right arm after he fell from the railing of the Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 1 pre-departure boarding gate on Wednesday, Philippine Airlines said.

The boy, accompanied by his father, was brought to the San Juan de Dios Hospital for treatment and was later discharged, the airline said.

It was not immediately clear how the boy fell to the arrival area from the pre-departure railing.

The boy and his family were rebooked to a flight on Friday. They are temporarily staying at a hotel enar the airport, PAL said.
