ZAMBOANGA CITY – Four people were arrested while 100 grams of suspected shabu with an estimated street value of P700,000 were seized during a police raid in a house in Barangay Culianan Friday noon.

Police Major Chester Natividad said their female target, who is top 7 in the list of high value targets of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency, was not around during the raid.

Those arrested were her relatives who all denied involvement in the drug trade.

The target’s sister said they do not know the nature of their elder sibling’s business. She said she only stays with her when she comes for a visit from Jolo, Sulu.

Natividad meanwhile believes the arrest of her affiliates would definitely affect the target's illegal operations in Zamboanga City.

Aside from the shabu, a caliber .45 gun was also found inside the target’s house.
