PORT MORESBY, Papua New Guinea - President Rodrigo Duterte and leaders of Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) member economies posed Sunday for an official "family photo" here.
Malacañang earlier said Duterte will skip the second day of the APEC Summit and fly home to Manila on Saturday night. However, the President showed up Sunday morning at the APEC Haus.

Duterte was not seen in the family photo of APEC leaders at the gala dinner on Saturday night.
He was also not seen on the live video feed of the event at the International Media Center, which showed Trade Secretary Ramon Lopez at the gala dinner instead.
There was no immediate word from the Palace on the matter.
