MANILA -- An anti-graft court hearing a plunder charge against former Sen. Ramon "Bong" Revilla Jr has allowed him to visit his sick father at the hospital.
Revilla will be allowed to leave his detention cell inside Camp Crame on Saturday from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. Media interviews are prohibited.
His father, Ramon Revilla Sr, also a former senator and movie actor, is confined at the St. Luke’s Medical Center in Taguig City.
Revilla is accused of misusing P224 million from his "pork barrel" or discretionary funds. His plunder trial ended in August and his case is up for decision.
