MANILA- Another suspect in the Davao City night market bombing surrendered to authorities Thursday morning.

The suspect was identified as 25-year-old Jerico Javier De Roma alias Kokoy, a member of Dawlah Islamiyah Fi Lanao Cotabato Chapter of the Maute Group, and a resident of Mandanas Compound, barangay RH10, Cotabato City.

De Roma was the driver of the group involved in the Davao City bombing last September 2. The blast left 15 dead and wounded 70 people.

According to sources, De Roma surrendered because he started feeling the pressure of the security forces closing in on him.

Last month, authorities arrested three other suspects involved in the deadly Davao blast.

De Roma is now under the custody of the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group in ARMM.
